When your booking starts, tap Unlock door. Step out and back in as often as you like; the door locks behind you.

How do I get into the pod?
When your booking starts, open it in the app and tap Unlock door. The door locks when it closes, so tap Unlock door again to get back in during your booking.
The door won’t open. What should I do?
Check that the lights inside the pod are on, then try Unlock door again. If that doesn’t work, close and reopen the app and make sure your phone has signal or Wi-Fi. Still stuck? Message us from the chat button in the app.
Can I cancel or move a booking?
Yes. In My bookings, open the booking, tap the three dots and choose Cancel or Reschedule. Refunds for cancellations reach your card in 5 to 10 business days.
Can I stay longer?
Tap Extend booking on your active booking, choose how much time you need and pay in the app. You can extend as long as the next slot isn’t booked.
What can I control from the app?
While your booking is active you can switch the lights and set the temperature from the app.
Are there house rules?
Wipe down the surfaces when you arrive, leave food and alcohol outside, switch the lights off when you go, and be out by the end of your booking. If you need more time, extend it in the app.
When is support available?
Use the chat button in the app. We reply Monday to Friday, and messages sent after hours are answered the next business day.
